About Saifety

Practical AI training built for Australian workplaces

Saifety was created by VibeZero in Australia. It brings workplace data decisions, better prompting and product training together so people can practise useful tasks and organisations can keep a clear completion record.

Why the product exists

AI reached the workplace before most training did

People began drafting emails, summarising documents, checking spreadsheets and using coding assistants because the tools were already there. Many workplaces responded with a policy, a warning or a generic webinar. None of those gives someone much help when a task lands in front of them.

That gap matters. A prompt can include customer information the model never needed. A confident answer can contain an invented source. A useful draft can quietly become a decision nobody properly reviewed.

Saifety was built around a more practical idea. Let people see the decision, make a choice, practise the task and understand why the safer answer also produces better work.

Good AI use begins with a clear job, the least data needed and a result somebody is prepared to check.

Principles behind the training

Four decisions that shape every course

Practise instead of reciting

Policies matter, but people build judgement by applying them to recognisable work and seeing what happens after a choice.

Teach safety and quality together

Removing identifying details, setting the scope and asking for uncertainty to be flagged improve the data boundary and the usefulness of the answer.

Describe evidence accurately

Saifety records participation, results and completion. It does not call a completion certificate professional accreditation or proof that every future action will be compliant.

Keep the Australian context useful

Examples use Australian terminology, familiar workplace situations and current privacy concepts. Legal content remains general education and is reviewed as guidance changes.

How the material is maintained

Course content is maintained like product code

AI tools, provider policies and Australian guidance change. Every course is reviewed each quarter. Saifety keeps a structured content audit so claims, answer keys and product references can be traced, checked again and recorded on the public updates page.

Stable content references

Lessons, steps and assessment items keep stable references so a change can be reviewed without losing the original item.

Claims tied to sources

Privacy, policy and product claims can carry a source, reviewer, checked date and next review date.

Answer checks

Quiz, sorting, spotting and rewrite answers are checked against the lesson and the scoring behaviour shipped in the app.

Human review boundaries

Australian legal and privacy summaries are marked for legal and currency review instead of being presented as personal advice.

Built here, maintained as the work changes

Saifety is Australian made and maintained by VibeZero. Course claims, answer keys and product references are reviewed as the tools and guidance change, with a direct route for corrections.
