These terms apply when you use Saifety. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If an organisation provides your account, its authorised administrator may also manage your access and training records.
The service
Saifety provides practical AI training, assessments, workplace toolkits, organisation reporting and completion evidence. Training content is general education, not legal, privacy, financial, medical, employment, tax or cyber security advice.
AI and product features change quickly. We work to keep training current, but you must check important claims against current official sources and your organisation's policies before acting.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure, use accurate information and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape protected content, submit malware, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.
Do not submit personal information, health information, government identifiers, payment details, passwords, secrets or confidential material to AI exercises. You are responsible for having permission to use any material you provide.
Subscriptions, GST and cancellation
Displayed prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Individual subscriptions renew monthly or yearly. Organisation subscriptions are billed for active members under the plan shown at checkout.
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact billing@saifety.au for a billing error or refund request.
Organisation accounts
Organisation administrators confirm they are authorised to invite members, assign training, view compliance information and manage billing. Administrators must only access records for legitimate workplace purposes and must keep membership current.
An organisation may require multi factor authentication and may remove a member's access. Members should direct workplace record questions to their administrator as well as Saifety where appropriate.
Content and intellectual property
Saifety and its original course content, software, branding and assessment materials remain owned by vibe0 or its licensors. We give you a limited right to use the service for personal learning or authorised internal workplace training. You cannot transfer that right to someone else.
You retain rights in material you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process it, operate the requested feature, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every AI response will be correct. Planned maintenance, provider failures, security events and product changes can affect access.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on training or AI output. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only as permitted by applicable law.
Suspension, changes and contact
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or address unpaid subscriptions. We will give reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and the current effective date will be shown here. Questions can be sent to hello@saifety.au.
