Saifety is operated by vibe0 in Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit saifety.au, create an account, complete training, manage a team, or contact us.
What we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, role title and authentication records. We also keep learning records including course progress, answers, scores, badges, certificates, lesson notes and bookmarks.
For organisation accounts, we process membership, invitation, assignment and compliance information supplied by the organisation and its administrators. Stripe handles payment card details. We receive billing identifiers and subscription status, but not complete card numbers.
We collect limited technical and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate faults. This may include IP address, browser information, timestamps, authentication events and safety scan results.
AI exercises and prompts
Some exercises send a prompt to an external model provider so the service can return an answer or grade the prompt. Do not put personal information, health information, government identifiers, passwords, secrets, confidential client material or other restricted data into an exercise.
We use separate safety checks and grading processes. A safety event may store a redacted excerpt so we can enforce limits and improve the training. Provider processing may occur outside Australia. Current provider details and controls can change, so organisations should review their own requirements before assigning live AI exercises.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, deliver lessons and assessments, issue certificates, show progress, manage subscriptions, support organisation reporting, communicate service messages, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use learner prompts to build advertising profiles.
Where information is handled
Saifety uses service providers to operate accounts, payments, email, security and course exercises. Information may be handled in Australia or overseas depending on the service and the task being completed.
We limit information shared with a provider to what is needed for that function. Organisations should review their own privacy, contractual and regulatory requirements before assigning live AI exercises.
Access, correction and deletion
You can update account details, change your email, reset your password, manage multi factor authentication and request account deletion from your profile. Organisation members may need an administrator to remove their membership first so billing and compliance records are handled correctly.
You may ask to access or correct personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing privacy@saifety.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain any legal reason that prevents a requested action.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, billing, security and legitimate training evidence. Retention periods can differ for account data, certificates, billing records and organisation compliance evidence.
We use access controls, row level database security, encryption in transit, server side secrets, rate limits and multi factor authentication options. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact security@saifety.au promptly if you believe an account or record has been exposed.
Contact and changes
Privacy questions and complaints can be sent to privacy@saifety.au. General support is available at support@saifety.au.
We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
