What comes with an individual plan?
An individual plan includes every course and lesson, live sandbox challenges, workplace toolkits, progress features and eligible completion certificates with public verification.
What can I use for free?
The first module of every course is open without a credit card. It uses the lesson and exercise format found in the rest of the course, so you can judge the training before choosing a plan.
How does team billing work?
A team subscription is billed for active organisation members. Pending invitations carry no charge. When someone joins or leaves, Stripe applies any relevant adjustment for the billing period.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless a checkout term says otherwise.
Does the free module include a certificate?
No. Certificates are available to eligible learners on a paid individual or team plan. The free module lets you inspect and complete the available preview material.
